Competitive Dance Program
Looking to join our Competitive Team?
The BDC Competitive Company trains and competes in a variety of dance disciplines from junior to advanced levels. Dancers compete at up to three local competitions, and one out of town, as well as performing in our Year End Dance Recital! Dancers have the opportunity to experience all that being a part of a competitive dance team has to offer, and the feeling of accomplishment when all of their hard work pays off! We believe competition teaches students about commitment, responsibility, and what it means to be a part of a team. We strive to offer each dancer a positive and memorable experience, where they will learn valuable life lessons and make lasting friendships.
Competitive Requirements
Junior Competitive Team
Dancers must be enrolled in 1 Ballet class, 1 Jazz class and 1 other annual class

Pre-Inter Competitive Team
Dancers must be enrolled in 2 Ballet classes, 1 Jazz Technique class, Stretch and Strength or Acro
Pre-Inter Ballet Competitive

Intermediate 1 Competitive Team
Dancers must be enrolled in 2 Ballet classes, 1 Jazz Technique and Stretch & Strengthening and Acro
