Looking to join our Competitive Team?
The BDC Competitive Company trains and competes in a variety of dance disciplines from junior to advanced levels. Dancers compete at up to three local competitions, and one out of town, as well as performing in our Year End Dance Recital! Dancers have the opportunity to experience all that being a part of a competitive dance team has to offer, and the feeling of accomplishment when all of their hard work pays off! We believe competition teaches students about commitment, responsibility, and what it means to be a part of a team. We strive to offer each dancer a positive and memorable experience, where they will learn valuable life lessons and make lasting friendships.

Competitive Requirements
Junior Competitive Team
Dancers must be enrolled in 1 Ballet class, 1 Jazz class and 1 other annual class
Junior Jazz Competitive - Tuesday 5:15-6:00
Junior Ballet Competitive - Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm
Intermediate 1 Competitive Team
Dancers must be enrolled in 2 Ballet Technique classes, 1 Jazz Technique, and Acro
Inter 1&2/Senior Lyrical Competitive Large Group - Wednesday 5:15-6:15pm
Inter 1&2 Tap Competitive - Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
Inter 1 Jazz Competitive Large Group - Wednesday 7:15-8:00pm
Intermediate 1 Ballet Competitive - Thursday 7:00-7:45pm
Inter 1&2/Senior Acro Competitive Large Group - Friday 4:30-6:30pm
Intermediate 2/Senior Competitive Team
